A native of Akron, Ohio, Sean became part of the central Ohio community in 1987. Sean graduated from The Ohio State University in 1992 with a degree in landscape design/horticulture. After working in Cincinnati for 2 years for a landscape architect at a design/build firm, Sean returned to The Ohio State University to earn a master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (MLA) and a minor in City & Regional Planning. After serving as zoning director at Jefferson Township, Sean was hired by Continental Real Estate Companies where he served as Vice President of Planning and Development for over 14 years. He brings his extensive knowledge of all aspects of the development process, including project management, to Wagenbrenner to assist the team in the execution of future and existing developments. Sean is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has been a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) and American Planning Association (APA).
